Baku 2008 half-way: Gashimov, Grischuk & Wang Yue lead |

 After seven rounds of the first Grand Prix Tournament, Baku 2008, we have three leaders: local hero Vugar Gashimov, Alexander Grischuk from Russia and Wang Yue from China. Especially Gashimov and Wang Yue are performing great so far. The young Bulgarian Ivan Cheparinov started his tournament with four losses, but then recoverd with a draw and two wins in a row.
